After-School Clubs

Dear Parents/Carers,

I am writing to you to clarify Swift Sports’ after school club booking procedures. 

There have been some occasions recently where parents/carers have informed us at short notice that they’d wish for their child to attend a club but they haven’t actually booked them a space.

Even if your child goes to an after-school club regularly, there is a requirement to book each club, every week, through the online booking system. This is so that coaches always have emergency contact details, medical information and SEND adaptations in place. I'm sure you can appreciate that if coaches do not have access to this information it puts everyone at risk.

Without a booked space, your child will not be able to attend and the club will understandably refuse access as they won’t be able to keep your child safe and if this happens, you will need to pick your child up as soon as possible.
