Pupil and Parent Voice Spoke and We Listened...
Introducing, a full package of extracurricular activities for ALL YEAR GROUPS from September, delivered EVERY DAY!
Tuesday 19th July 2022
Dear Parents/Carers,
We are so passionate about the benefits of extracurricular clubs that we are offering an extensive programme of after school clubs from September, FREE OF CHARGE.
Extra-curricular activities boost young people's confidence to interact socially with others; extend their social networks; and provide them with new skills and abilities. Above all, they offer an important space to have fun and relax away from the pressures of academic work

Please find the Term 1 extracurricular timetable here on our website. If you ever lose the link, it is located under the ‘Parents’ tab and then on the page called ‘Extra-Curricular Clubs’.
All clubs must be booked in advance:
Each club on the website will have a link to click to book a space for your child. Some clubs are organised and run by Swift Sports, some are organised and provided by Tyndale Staff (it will say this in the clubs' title). Please note that there is a maximum number of 25 spaces available, which will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If your child misses more than two clubs in a row, their space will be given to another child on the waiting list.
Booking for these clubs is now open! Clubs for Term 1 were agreed following a Pupil Voice survey of what clubs our children wanted to participate in. The ‘menu’ of clubs will change term to term and the popular clubs will remain if we are getting lots of take up and enjoyment.
All clubs will follow the timings below and pickup locations will be listed on the club descriptions:
EYFS and KS1 Clubs: 3:20 - 4:20pm and KS2 Clubs: 3:30 - 4:30pm
Swift Sports provided clubs' booking system has the ability to book 7 week blocks at one time, please only do this if your child intends on attending all. If your child is trying this club, please just book one week in the first instance.
I hope you are as excited about this as we are, and we look forward to seeing an increased number of pupils engaging in extracurricular activities from September.
Kind regards,
Ms K Parkhouse, Headteacher
